Delivery Time Frame
In order to offer a great price, we source most of our products from different vendors from Asia. After placing the order, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the products to be delivered. Products within the same order might be shipped and delivered separately.
Our prints are made and ship from the US. The delivery timeframe is between 8 – 12 business days.
International and Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We don’t accept orders from outside the United States.
Duties & Taxes
Please be aware duties and taxes is something that is outside of our control. If you’re concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charge at your end. We will do what we can to assist you so that no charges will be made. As a result, you might see the shipping package with “low declared value”.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. At checkout, you will be able to enter separate billing and shipping information. You must give us the correct billing address and the phone number your credit card company has listed on your account. This is for your protection and verification purposes. We do not ship any order without proper billing information.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Usually, no. But we can definitely cancel your order prior to fulfillment. Since we process your order pretty fast, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour after you place your order to cancel it.
How can I check order status?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with order and tracking information.
What happens if I haven’t received my package?
If you’ve already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will best help you investigate and locate your package. If they’re unable to assist, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
