We offer return & exchange for all unused items in original condition within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Just email us at with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items, gift cards, intimate items, custom items.
Items returned which are not in new and resellable condition will not be granted a refund.

We will refund the value of your item via the original form of payment, or your choice of a digital store gift card within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

We are all human right? Although we double check everything, in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or faulty item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please send us photos of the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to begin the process.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error of ours (for instance, wrong or faulty item), we will pay for all shipping cost related to the return and provide a USPS paid shipping label via email. Otherwise, return shipping costs are paid at your expense.

Lost Package
If any packages are completely lost in transit during the course of our delivery, we will replace or refund the item.
If you are returning an item which may be faulty, or an exchange, please know that we do not take any responsibility for items lost in the post. We recommend a track and trace method to ensure this doesn’t happen; your item cannot be processed for an exchange or a refund if it goes missing.
